LATE/CANCELLATION…
We have a 10 minute late policy, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will have to reschedule and pay a new deposit.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours then you will be required to pay a new deposit when rebooking.
If your appointment is a 4-8 week top and you fail to attend then you would need pay the top up price of £79 to rebook. Top ups must be 4/8 weeks after initial appointment.
